There was little expectation of a Sony PlayStation 5 restock happening this week after Best Buy, Target, GameStop and Amazon replenished their inventory last week. This made Best Buy’s restock a surprise when it happened Thursday morning. It caught many off guard, which would explain why the PS5 stock lasted about a half hour, much longer than previous restocks.
We’re waiting to see if Amazon will come through with some PS5 consoles for its Prime Day sales event happening June 21 to June 22 this year. Target and Walmart also announced their competing sales, so we could see a possible restock…
