But I have good news: You can now find a number of VPNs that are far easier to use and more lightweight than ever before, and they’re optimized for mobile.
And now that working remotely has become routine for millions of people, the rate of mobile VPN app downloads is growing by leaps and bounds. Over 480 million mobile VPN apps were downloaded around the world in the past 12 months, 54% more than the year before, according to a 2019 report from research firm Top10VPN.
