Half-Life: Alyx is a first-person shooter set in the period before Half-Life 2, and you control the character of Alyx Vance in the virtual reality world as she and her father fight an alien empire. In order to play the game, you need a VR headset, and the good news is that many VR headsets are compatible. While Valve’s own VR headset, the Index, is an excellent way to play, it’s expensive, and there are other options.
