Webcams. Pain relievers. Hand weights. Fitness trackers. As people settle into quarantine routines at home, many common items are becoming increasingly difficult to find in stores and online. Amazon’s and Walmart’s online stock is sold out for a number of popular items, and Amazon has delayed shipping nonessential goods, sometimes for weeks.
