The Xbox Series X (along with its sister console, the Xbox Series S) launched back on Nov. 10. Predictably, it sold out immediately. Less predictable: Inventory levels were so low that four months later, it’s still almost impossible to find one at retail. The overwhelming demand for the Xbox is due in part to its advanced specifications, despite the fact that the gaming experience on the Series X isn’t a whole lot different than what you already get with an Xbox One, at least at the moment.
